RGOA Celebrates The ARTful Joy of Spring!
Come celebrate the "ARTful Joy of Spring”, a Spinraiser in support of the Ridgefield Guild of Artists (RGOA), a regional and community based art organization. Jared will lead this motivational ride to shake off the winter blues on Friday, April 24th at 6:30pm. The minimum donation is $40 and all proceeds go to the Ridgefield Guild of Artists which promotes the visual arts and arts education by providing:
- High quality gallery space for exhibition
- Art Classes for children, teens and adults
- Summer Camp for children
- Opportunities for artist in residency programs
- Art lectures on-site and in collaboration with other cultural organizations.
Post ride, please join us for champagne and snacks in the lounge. The event will also feature an art raffle with each rider receiving one ticket to win artwork displayed in the lounge. Additional tickets may also be purchased to increase your chances of winning and help the Guild in this important fundraiser. Book your bike and join the Guild on this ARTful ride!
Come join us @ with Cindy for the buildOn SpinRaiser! Hosted by Ridgefield's buildOn chapter. Ridgefield and Beyond, is a group of high school students who have been working for over a year to raise the money needed to build a school in a rural Malawian village. This team of students has raised over $20,000 so far, and they will be traveling to Malawi this June to work alongside the local community, construct a school, and help spread buildOn's mission; BuildOn is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty domestically and internationally through education and service. The money raised at this event will go towards funding Ridgefield and Beyond's efforts in Malawi." Simply book a bike and make your donation (cash or check payable to Sam Kiernan please) on the night of the event. The minimum donation is $40 participants who donate $70 or more will receive a copy of buildOn's book "Walk In Their Shoes" and participants who donate $100 or more will receive a copy of the book as well as a handmade Malawian bag. and all proceeds go to the buildOn Team! Ridgefield Girls Softball "Rebels Ride" Fundraiser
The Rebels Ride is back Friday, May 1st at 6:30pm with Cindy to help support Ridgefield Travel Softball! The Ridgefield Rebels are a travel softball program that is dedicated to giving girls of all ages opportunities on and off the softball field. The Rebels need your help to raise funds for the girls in their travel program. All the funds raised during this event will be used to help improve and grow the travel program so that all girls will have the best possible travel softball experience. Please bring a minimum donation of $30 (cash or check) on the night of the event. Book your bike today and come ride with for the Rebels!
Cycle for SPHERE Fundraiser
Please join us for the CYCLE for SPHERE Fundraiser on Friday, May 8th at 6:30pm at JoyRide Ridgefield. Simply book a bike and make your payment (cash or check please) on the night of the event directly to the organization. The minimum donation is $50 and all proceeds go to SPHERE.
SPHERE is a local non-profit organization dedicated to enriching and enhancing, through education, recreation and the arts, the lives of adults with a broad range of developmental disabilities while fostering and nurturing relationships between our members and our communities. Symphonic JOY - A Spinraiser for RSO
Join us for "Symphonic JOY" a spinraiser in support of the Ridefield Symphony Orchestra (RSO). The RSO is a highly professional and admired group of musicians celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Classical music has long elicited instrumental magic from performers around the world. It can be powerfully hard-charging, moderately melodic, and always inspirational—in short, ideal for spin! Please join Amanda S on Wednesday, May 13th at 5:30pm for a uniquelly motivational and instrumental 50 minute spin class to benefit the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra, with the playlist approved by RSO Musical Director Jammin’ Jerry Steichen himself! Post ride, please join us for wine and snacks while a quartet from the RSO performs LIVE in the JoyRide Lounge.

JoyRide for CHiRP - Supporting Ridgefield's Summer Concert Series
JoyRide hosts second annul spinraiser for CHIRP - Ridgefield's most beloved FREE summer concert series! Please show your support for CHIRP by joining AMANDA S and JARED for a fun team teach ride on Friday, May 29th at 6:30pm. The minimum donation is $35. All riders will be entered into a raffle to receive a Susi Laura 60 minute massage! We are also raffling off two JoyRide summer camo chairs to another lucky rider.
The Michael J. Fox Foundation
As part of the Michael J. Fox Foundation's (MJFF) Tour de Fox campaign, JoyRide is hosting a charity ride on June 12th! 100% of Tour de Fox proceeds will go directly to Parkinson's research and for a limited time, Tour donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar by a generous Foundation board member.
About Tour de Fox: Extreme adventure athlete and MJFF staff member Sam Fox will bike and hike his way across the USA - climbing the highest peak in each state and biking over 5,000 miles - in just three months. His goal is to raise $1 million for critical Parkinson's research with another $500K in matching funds.
With stops and events in each of the lower 48 states the Tour de Fox aims to unite and inspire people from every corner of the Parkinson's community through passion, sweat, and determination. Sam and his crew will be in attendance and riding alongside participants.
